PROJECT

RENOVATION

This dated Mammoth Lakes condo had plenty of potential, but an inefficient layout and tired finishes kept it from feeling like the inviting mountain home the owners envisioned. We reworked the floor plan to improve flow and functionality, then introduced warm woods, natural stone, and layered textures to give the home a stronger sense of place.

From the completely redesigned kitchen and bathrooms to new flooring, fixtures, and furnishings, each element was considered as part of one cohesive vision. Oak-wrapped beams added warmth and architectural character, while a new stone fireplace created a natural focal point for gathering. The result is a comfortable, modern mountain retreat that feels welcoming, relaxed, and entirely transformed.

A complete renovation transformed this dated condo into a warm, inviting retreat with the character and comfort of a modern mountain cabin.
